Who are you? How old are you?
My name is Redent Caruana, 25 and my stage name is Valhall
How many months/ years have you been Djing / producing?
My first gig was in May of 2022, so it makes the time I’ve been DJing for over a year
Mention an artist that inspired you to become a DJ/producer?
The artist that inspired my journey and has continued to inspire me is Innellea. His style helped inspire and develop my style.
Is there a local artist that you look up to and love to see play at events?
There is a lot of local talent on the island but if I had to choose one person it would have to be The Element.
What skills do you think DJs need to be successful?
To be successful my opinion you need to have heart,really love music and the mind set to succeed.
How do you stay up to date with the latest music trends?
I keep myself updated by listening and discovering new music every day on Spotify and SoundCloud.
What would you say is the most rewarding part of being a DJ?
