Who are you? How old are you?
Hi, I’m Ozzy Abela, I’m 21 yrs old
How many months/ years have you been Djing / producing?
I have been interested in the electronic scene for about 5 years after going to some raves and got in love with the melody’s and technic.
Mention an artist that inspired you to become a DJ/producer?
Some of the artists that inspired me were FJAAK, Sara Landry, Basswell and Mall Grab.
Is there a local artist that you look up to and love to see play at events?
Some of the local artists that I follow on his work is Reactant and Yazmin.
What skills do you think DJs need to be successful?
Some of the skills that DJ’s need is to be able to communicate with the crowd and be organised on their music.
How do you stay up to date with the latest music trends?
I stay up to date with latest music trends by going trough social media and follow podcast about electronic music.
What would you say is the most rewarding part of being a DJ?
