Who are you? How old are you?

 I am Jasmine, I am 20 years old.

How many months/ years have you been Djing / producing?

 I started Djing 8 months ago and I also started experimenting with music production a month ago and it is something that I’m very excited to start working on further throughout my career.

Mention an artist that inspired you to become a DJ/producer?

I went to a local techno event back in 2022 (first techno event I’ve ever attended) It was amazing and I had a great time. After that I started researching DJ’s to expand my knowledge about the genre, and some artists which I used to listen to non stop included: Hadone, Kobosil, JUICY SELEKTA, Astrix, Planetary Assault Systems + more. I then started seeing nevyalc mixing which eventually started my interest in becoming a DJ myself.

Is there a local artist that you look up to and love to see play at events?

 yessss, these include : Nevyalc, Vivu, TRЇЇSS.

What skills do you think DJs need to be successful?

Firstly, I think that the most fundamental thing that makes you a successful DJ is your knowledge on how to function the Deck, however it is also super important to dig up and discover the right tracks which specifically function and workout with YOUR style & persona. (and a lot of practice and trial and error)

How do you stay up to date with the latest music trends?

When there is a specific trend, I personally like to research it first and then I will find tracks of the same classification and add my personal twist to it.

What would you say is the most rewarding part of being a DJ?

Seeing people having a great time while listening to your music I think is the most fulfilling part of being a DJ.
